Project summary
MindLab is a
cross-governmental innovation unit which involves citizens and businesses in
creating new solutions for society, simultaneously represents a unique example
of cooperation across the public sector and a strategic focus for innovative
thinking among its group of owners, namely the Ministry of Employment, the
Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Business and Growth and Odense
Municipality. MindLab’s staff, management board and networks make sure that it
is solidly grounded in its group of owners and the research world. MindLab has
created a knowledge program to link knowledge and the latest research to the
projects MindLab is working on. This happens through Ph.D. theses on citizen-centered
innovation in the public sector, seminars on development of the administration
in the public sector and collaborations with researchers, think tanks, experts
and national and international knowledge environments.
