Khan academy created in 2006 is a platform where it offers
practice exercises, instructional videos and a personalized learning dashboard
that helps the user to study at their own pace. The small lecture videos on
particular topic are uploaded in the website as well as YouTube. The video show
step-by-step doodles and diagram on an electronic black board. The subject area
included are science, math, computer programming, history, art history,
economics and more .It’s basically target to students from preprimary to
university level. The institution is majorly backed up by Bill&Melinda
Gates Foundation, Google. Google announced in 2010 it would give $2 million for
expanding their idea and for translating the core library into the world’s most
widely spoken languages. It now has more than 5000 course. Its fund bases
organization. It’s a global classroom.
