Health app is an in built application for both
iOS 8 and iOS 9 that helps users keep all their health and fitness information
in one place under ones control and supervision. With the health app, health
details such as heart rate, calories burned, blood sugar, cholesterol, weight,
running distance, sleeping habits are monitored closely and privately without uploading
the information to any third party app online. The application also enables the
users to seamlessly create medical cards which are used in case of any
emergency. With such an app out there medical workers and concerned person can
have a clear presentation of one’s medical history easing response to medical
assistance and emergences.

Probably it is not more than a funny gimmick. i guess it does not really help, to check the health. It just gives some data, but not in a real scientific way. But the best way is to try the application and have a own experience with it. Paul Stellwag
